We advertise on a significant scale in the local Property Week Newspaper in full colour, normally with either a full page or half page advertisement, we also use the Daily Echo's property supplement and also the Home Finder Newspaper. The Property Week is the main local paper being distributed free to approximately 180,000 readers, which ensures the highest local exposure.
Internet Advertising
This is becoming a more and more significant medium for us and we receive daily many email enquiries from our own site or from the Home-Sale Network website at www.home-sale.co.uk. We also advertise on the Rightmove website and Fish4homes . We have found that this is a highly effective way of receiving fresh enquiries from out of town, in particular London and the Home Counties, as well as of course reaching the International market.
Virtual Tours
To compliment our website, you will see that many of our properties provide you with an opportunity to have a virtual tour, of perhaps a feature room or aspect from that property. This has proved an invaluable additional tool in attracting purchasers to our properties.

We are able to provide free of charge floor plans of your property, showing the dimensions of various rooms. This is an effective additional tool in attracting purchasers to our properties.
