Justin Thomas may well be known to many people after not only growing up in the area but working locally for over 30 years. After leaving Corfe Hills School, Justin embarked on his career in Estate Agency working in Broadstone for one of the area’s largest estate agents.

After being instrumental in the conception of Wilson Thomas in 1991 Justin returned in 2006 and has never looked back since, progressing to his current position as Director.

Justin is married with three children and still lives in Corfe Mullen not far from his original family home. He comments “I really enjoy working for the many clients that come back to us time and time again this is one of the great rewards of working in the area for so long.” In his spare time he enjoys nothing more than pursuing his passion for angling and all things outdoors as well as supporting his son's local football team Corfe Mullen United.

Simon Holt

Broadstone's most experienced estate agent grew up in Broadstone and was fortunate to be given the Broadstone office of a very successful national estate agent in the mid-1980s. In 1989, Simon co-founded the much liked traditional estate agent, Holt & Osborne and enjoyed a fruitful 15 years before merging with Hillier Wilson.

Simon sold his stake in Hillier Wilson shortly after the retirement of his two partners in 2017 and spent a year in property on the Isle of Purbeck. In the summer of 2018, Justin Thomas invited him back to Broadstone, in what Simon describes as an opportunity too good to miss! With over 30 years experience in Broadstone, Simon has already been instrumental in building Wilson Thomas' market share and is unable to walk The Broadway without being asked for a valuation!

In his spare time Simon watches AFC Bournemouth, walks the South West Coastal Path with his wife Debbie and enjoys holidays in The Algarve.

Daisy is based in our Broadstone branch greatly enjoying her first two years working in the property industry in particular meeting new clients and helping them find their perfect home. Daisy has grown up within the Poole conurbation giving her a great local knowledge and has lived for the past ten years in Lytchett Matravers, finishing her studies at Lytchett Minster School. When she is not working she loves spending time with her family walking the dog and travel to sunnier climates.

Danny Kempton

Danny Kempton

Danny is part of a large local family with five brothers, one sister and numerous nieces and nephews. After his parents returned from Australia, he was born and raised in Poole and attended local schools nearby. Danny lives close to the centre of Poole, with his son Logan and partner Nikki who works at the maternity unit.

Danny has a passion for sport, and in his younger days, he had spells at Wimborne Town and Dorchester Town football clubs. He is also extremely keen on history, especially military and his family have a proud current and past association with the Royal Marines.

Danny feels the key to his personal success over the years is communication, along with the reputation that he has built up with local solicitors, past and present sellers and purchasers by keeping them informed throughout the sale process.

Mike Emery

With over 30 years of estate agency experience, both nationally and internationally, Mike brings a unique perspective to all aspects of buying and selling property.
As a resident of Ashley Cross, Mike feels fortunate to work in such a beautiful and vibrant area. Poole and Bournemouth attract buyers from across the country with their pristine beaches, scenic coastal walks, and charming countryside. Living and working in the community has given him a deep understanding of how property values can vary from street to street. His commitment to customer care remains a priority, and he's proud of the reputation and success Wilson Thomas has achieved in the area.

In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, a passion he shares with his partner Natalie. In his younger years, he competed in motorcycle racing at a national championship level, but now finds that golf satisfies his competitive spirit.

Wendy Gentle

Wendy Gentle

Wendy has lived in and around the Poole area for most of her life, she moved to Bristol in 1994 when she got married, but missed the area so convinced her husband to move back down in 1997, and joined Wilson Thomas shortly after. She left the company in 2001 just before the birth of her first daughter and rejoined some 18 years later having worked in a local secondary school for 11 of those years.

Wendy is now based at our Parkstone Office and enjoys meeting and helping clients whenever possible. She has two grown up daughters and in her spare time enjoys both summer holidays on the beach and winter holidays on the slopes!

Jackie Parris

Jackie Parris

Jackie has worked at Wilson Thomas in Broadstone since 2001 and is very much an integral part of the team having been with Wilson Thomas for so long. She enjoys meeting clients in the office and is always keen to help. In her spare time to enjoys spending time with her two grown up children and husband and socialising with friends.

Jan Partridge

Jan Partridge

Jan is based at our Broadstone Office, in her spare time she volunteers for the local library service and enjoys visiting elderly or housebound people as part of the Prama Care charity. Jan has a very good knowledge of the local area and is always keen to help with any questions or queries you may have.

Margaret Pullen

Margaret Pullen

Margaret works at our busy Lower Parkstone office, living close by she has an excellent knowledge of the area so feel free to pop in and see her anytime for great local advice. In her spare time Margaret is an avid football supporter and enjoys holidays abroad.
