24 Hours a day Estate Agency Service
One area of our business that has changed due to the arrival of online only estate agency is the 24 hours a day, seven days a week level of service they boast that they can provide. Rather than having to book appointments in office hours, it does provide a convenient way for the public to book viewings and valuations after hours to suit their own lifestyle. In an effort to ensure that our customers receive a similar level of service, we have invested in the Property File Plus software system, whereby our customers can, at any time of day or night, book an appointment online for a valuation or a viewing that comes to our office via email which will be actioned at 8:30am the next day. Equally, the customer has the opportunity to provide online feedback following a viewing rather than having to call the office and, in turn, we as an agent, can supply our vendors with instant feedback from this service.
